Our Website Design Process

Follow our stage-by-stage guide to get an insight into our working methods, find-out what to expect when you work with us and avoid any pitfalls along the way.

We need to collect important information like the purpose of the website, main goal, client's target audience and other key aspects e.g number of pages, colour scheme, functionalities, content structure. To help with this we will ask you to complete a short design questionnaire. This allows us to understand what you want.
We start with creating a wireframe, which is the basic layout of your website so you can get a feel for how the website fits together at a very early stage This is where we work out every element of your website to form a structured site plan with a hierarchy of information.
After the site and page structures have been agreed, we can get on with the next designing step, where we ensure your website will look sharp, on-brand and appeal to your target audience. At this stage, we look into colour and font choices, heading styles, button styles, icon and navigation design.

While the design is agreed the website page templates can be created. We’re applying the design theme, building modules and forms and fleshing out the prototype with your content. Every website that we create is responsive - also known as mobile-friendly. At this stage you will also need to provide the words for every page and if it’s an e-commerce website products you want to add to your store.
Prior to making your website live you can give the website a final review and test all of the functions. We also check that the site displays correctly on the main devices and browsers.
Once development, testing, and final amendments are finalised, we handle the entire launch process to get your new website online and available to your online audience. We will also let Google know to re-index the website starting its journey towards your audience. At this stage, we also handed over a new website to the client.
For a lot of clients that is where it starts! We are here to support you as much or as little as you need. For all our clients we provide Post-implementation technical support for 30 days after the website is launched.

Website Maintenance


Our website maintenance plans include a fast response support ticket service by email and from 30 minutes up to 1h of site updates done for you each month and regular software updates on your site.
